We will not grant a refund or credit, or replace a product unless the product was misprinted, the product was damaged, or the product does not match the fulfillment information.
In the event that your product is misprinted or defective, please Submit a Support Request within 30 days of delivery of the item.
In your request please include the following information:
- Order number
- Item description for product that is being refunded
- An attached photo of the issue
