What is your Return Policy?

We will not grant a refund or replace a product unless:

  • The product was misprinted
  • The product was damaged before receiving your delivery
  • The product does not match the fulfillment information

If your product meets one or more of the preceding criteria, please submit a Support Request within 30 days of delivery of the item. In your request, please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item description for the reported product
  • An attached photo of the issue
