How Do I Track My Order?
You will receive an email from us when your order is shipped that includes a tracking number. Click directly on the tracking number included in the email to see where your package is along with an estimated delivery date!
Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking on their website after receiving this email. If you have lost your tracking information, please Submit a Request and we will be happy to provide it. Be sure to include your order number in your request.
Tracking says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received my order…now what?
If your package tracking information is showing delivered but you still can’t locate it, here are a few things we can suggest:
· Check around your property – sometimes delivery workers will try to place your package in a place that is not visible to passers-by
· Ask friends, family, or neighbors if they received your package by mistake
· Verify the address on your order and confirm that there were no typos or mistakes
· If your package went to an outdated address by mistake, check to see if you are you able to retrieve the package from your old address
· Reach out to the carrier to make a claim if you believe the package was not delivered properly to your correct address

Can Products from the Daily Wire Shop be Shipped Outside of the United States?
Currently, items from our Daily Wire Shop can be shipped to the United States (all 50 states and U.S Territories) and Canada. We can also send shipments to members of the military with proper APO/FPO addresses. Note: we do not ship to PO boxes in Canada nor can we ship to Quebec.
How Do I Ship to a Military Address?
When shipping to a US military address, please make sure you enter APO or FPO as the City, along with the appropriate State Code for the location (AP, AE, AA, etc) and the correct zip code. An example may look like this:
PFC JOHN DOE
PSC 3 BOX 1234
APO AE 37061
If the address does not match this standard format, your package may be delayed and/or not be able to be sent properly
How are shipping costs calculated?
We do not offer free shipping unless specifically noted on our website related to specific seasonal promotions. All shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring your products are delivered safely and efficiently.
How Long Will It Take For My Order to Ship?
We begin processing orders quickly, so we are unable to make changes after an order is submitted and paid for. Please allow about 3-5 business days once the order is shipped to arrive at the shipping address listed on your order.
Preorders: If the item you ordered is not in stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order once it is ready to be shipped. If you would like these items to ship sooner, please place a separate order excluding the pre-ordered item as we will not be able to split the shipping for individual items. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

Please note: Fulfillment is the time needed to process your order within our distribution center and does not include weekends. This lead time does not include the time in transit required by the carrier once the order has been shipped.
When is the cut-off for same-day shipping?
For Express or Next Day shipping: orders placed before 11a.m. CST will be shipped the same business day and orders placed after 11a.m. CST will be shipped the following business day. The daily shipping cutoff is 11a.m. CST
For Standard shipping: orders will ship within 1-3 business days (M-F) of being placed (except high peak times) and will be delivered in the 4-6 business day window shown on the website at checkout.
Orders placed after 11a.m. CST will be shipped the following business day. Example: an order placed on Friday at 2 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday or business day.
Shipping Facility Closures
Our Fulfillment Center and offices are closed on Saturday & Sunday along with the following holidays. If you place an order on one of these days, our Fulfilment Center will start working on it the next business day.
