We will not grant a refund or replace a product unless the product meets the following criteria:
- The product was misprinted
- The product was damaged prior to receiving your delivery
- The product does not match the fulfillment information
In the event that your product meets the preceding criteria, please Submit a Support Request within 30 days of delivery of the item.
In your request please include the following information:
- Order number
- Item description for product that is being refunded
- An attached photo of the issue
