We will not grant a refund or replace a product unless:
- The product was misprinted
- The product was damaged before receiving your delivery
- The product does not match the fulfillment information
If your product meets one or more of the preceding criteria, please Submit a Support Request within 30 days of delivery of the item. In your request, please include the following information:
- Order number
- Item description for the reported product
- An attached photo of the issue
